This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused was found guilty by the Court below for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. Pending Criminal Revision Case, the complainant died. The Revision petitioner / accused wants to implead the wife of the deceased defacto complainant to record the compromise entered between them and get the offence compounded.

3. Mr.K.Selvarangan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the proposed respondent. Hence this petition to implead is allowed.

4. Call the matter on 02.08.2022.
