Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in Government Letter No.7013/Pay Cell/2011-1, dated 07.02.2011 and the consequential proceedings of the third respondent dated 28.12.2012 in Na.Ka.No.794/A1/2012 and quash so far as it directs the re-fixation of pay only after obtaining the declaration from the individual that the excess amount shall be recovered from the arrears to be paid so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the third respondent herein to re-fix the pay scale of the petitioner as per the Government Letter No.14483, dated 05.01.2012.
