The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 27.02.2016 to release the petitioner by invoking Section 433 CrPC.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was life convicted for the offences https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
under Sections 392, 302, 394 read with Section 34 IPC, as such, the relief sought for by the petitioner and the same cannot be granted by this Court. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
