2. When this Petition came up for hearing on 18.10.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Though the matter was listed today under the caption "for dismissal", there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent alone is present.

4. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
