ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 18.08.2016 to the Deputy Registrar (Writs), seeking to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file a revision petition before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Housing), Nandanam, Chennai.

2. In terms of the said letter dated 18.08.2016, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision petition before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Housing), Nandanam, Chennai and as and when such revision petition is filed by the petitioner, the Registrar shall pass orders on the said revision as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3. The Registry is directed to return the original papers to the petitioner.
