..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein to rectify the mistake in the Sketch/Plan appended to the sale Deed dated 02.03.2021 and 17.12.2021 and registered as Doc.No.4503/2021 and 15118/2021 respectively and to execute and register the Rectification Deed and to restore the excess lands measuring 897.7 Square Meters in S.F.Nos.265/1, 272, 273/1 and 273/2 situate at Irugur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District back to the petitioner. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that acting upon the petitioner's

representation dated 03.04.2023, mistake has already been rectified in the sketch/plan appended to the Sale Deed dated 02.03.2021 and 17.12.2021.

2. In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this writ petition and the same is closed. No costs.
