PRAYER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct and complete the enquiry process with due opportunity to the petitioner. For Petitioner : Mr.A.Muthalakan, For Respondents 1 to 3 : Mr.V.Subbiah, Special Government Pleader

ORDER

It is seen from the records that an order was already passed by this Court in W.P. No. 25358 of 2015 on 17.08.2015 at the instance of the respondent No. 4 herein. In the said order, this Court has specifically stated that the representation made by the said respondent will have be disposed of after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner herein. Now, the petitioner has come forward to file the present writ petition with a grievance that behind his back the enquiry is going on.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The statement made by the petitioner cannot be a basis to entertain the writ petition. It is needless to state that the 1st respondent has to adhere to the order passed by this Court on 17.08.2015, meaning thereby, the petitioner has to be given an opportunity of being heard.

With the above observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
