Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in his ROC No.9927/2014/Gr.I. Enq. dated 28.11.2014, quash the said order and direct the respondents to reinstate the writ petitioner in service with all his backwages. For petitioner :

Impugning the order dated 28 November 2014 passed by the second respondent, whereby and whereunder, the petitioner has been dismissed from service, the petitioner has preferred the instant writ petition.

The sole contention of the petitioner is that without enquiry, he has been dismissed from service on account of alleged chronic absence from duty. Thus, the impugned order of dismissal is liable to be set aside.

It is stated at the Bar that there is a legal provision to prefer an appeal before the Registrar General of this Court, assailing the dismissal order sought to be impugned herein. In view of the foregoing, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, we reserve liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the appellate forum, on the Administrative Side, if so advised, under the provisions of law. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observation. Costs made easy. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
