This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation letter dated 15.10.2015 and further directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action against the 3rd respondent.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2015 with a consequential prayer to take action against the respondent No. 3.

2. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced proceedings dated 08.05.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent, in which the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation made by the petitioner earlier was disposed of. The subsequent representation dated 15.10.2015 is on the ground that the earlier representation was not considered.

3. Inasmuch as an order was already passed on 08.05.2015, nothing survives for consideration. It is also seen that the 3rd respondent herein has filed a writ petition challenging the said order dated 08.05.2015 in W.P. No. 19276 of 2015, which is pending disposal. In view of the same, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
