This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 04.04.2012 made in O.S.No.268 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tambaram.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, after elaborate arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and agrees to pay the court fee, as per the impugned order passed on 04.04.2012 in O.S.No.268 of 2010. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek two weeks time to pay the court fee and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned counsel for the petitioners is granted two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to pay the court fee, as per the order dated 04.04.2012 made in O.S.No.268 of 2010. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
