The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order of this Court dated 18.12.2013 in W.P.No.33761 of 2013, the Government has preferred appeal in W.A.No.1573 of 2014. Since stay was granted in the said appeal and the same is still in force, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
