This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.4 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7407 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 12345 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
