No.208 of 2002 on the file of the Additional District Sub-Court (Fast Track Court), Kallakurichi, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2014 within a specified time. ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under: "I may be permitted to withdraw the above petition with liberty to make appeal to the appellate authority provided under the Act."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. No costs.
