This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.10.2015.

2. Heard Mr.V.Manisekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner, dated 05.10.2015, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and dispose of the same, if not already disposed of, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
