ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21/01/2018, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c)r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) and 25, 29(i) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.98 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2 This court does not find any Change of circumstances and already earlier petitions were dismissed on five occasions. 3 Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

4 This Court has already fixed the time limit for the completion of the trial in C.C.No.69 of 2018, by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.28982 of 2018 dated 08/05/2019.
