This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para 6b on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14165 of 2022 on 20.06.2022, on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
