ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.1.2015.

2. Mr.Kannankumar, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the second respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation within a stipulated time.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has given a representation, on 29.1.2015, to the respondents to return the amount, which was deducted from his salary towards welfare scheme. However, the respondents have not considered the said representation so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.1.2015 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
