This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8845 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10132 of 2021 on 08.09.2021 to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st day and 15th day of every Month at 10.30 am. Thereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on each and every hearing until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Thereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all further hearing dates.
