ORDER

(This case has been heard through Video Conference) The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint to the 1st respondent on 27.06.2021, but no action has been taken.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for respondents would submit that, the complaint has been forwarded by the 1st respondent to the Inspector of Police, Modakkurichi Police Station to conduct enquiry on the complaint of petitioner. The petitioner has to appear before the Inspector of Police, Modakkurichi Police Station to substantiate the complaint with materials. Thereafter, appropriate action would be taken.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Modakkurichi Police Station to substantiate his complaint along with documents and the Inspector of Police, Modakkurichi Police Station to complete the enquiry within a period of two months.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
