This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 7(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11970 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioners, directed them to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) (Each Rs.50,000/-) to the credit of crime No.131 of 2024. He further submitted that the petitioners are unable to raise the said amount, hence, they sought to modify the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the amount as Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) (each Rs.30,000/-) instead of Rs.1,00,000/- (Each Rs.50,000/-) to be deposited to the credit of crime No.131 of 2024 by the petitioners. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition 7(ii) in Crl.O.P.No.11970 of 2024 shall be extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
