Seeking transfer of patta with respect to the property in Survey No.745/2 and 748/4 situate at Balepalli village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District. the petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent. The said respondent in and by proceedings dated 12.08.2015 in Na.Ka.No.20728/2015/J2 directed the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders. As despite the same no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

3. Considering the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the same, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 3.8.2015 made by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third parties.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
