O R D E R

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents, have filed a joint memo of compromise duly signed by the respondents, and the counsel on either side. The review petitioner has affixed her thumb impression. In the joint memo of compromise, it is stated that the matter has been amicably settled between them as

per the terms and conditions set out in the joint memo of compromise. 2.Both the parties are present. Their identities have been verified and they accepted the contents in the joint memo of compromise as true and genuine.

3.The joint memo of compromise is recorded and the same shall form part of this order and the Review Application is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise. No costs. 4.After the above order is passed, the learned counsel on either side have submitted that the said joint memo of compromise shall be be registered before the concerned Registrar's Office. It is for the parties to approach the concerned Registrar's Office for registration of the joint memo of compromise.
