This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6930 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 9158 of 2021 dated 16.07.2021 that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
