Crl.M.P.No.8656 of 2024 Crl.M.P.No.8656 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10621 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order of this Court, dated 29.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10621 of 2024 in para No.6(b) that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the first petitioner having several health issues and the second petitioner's son is under Bone Marrow Transplant treatment and the second petitioner is a donor, and that they are unable to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Hence prays to modify the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified that "the first petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of four months and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days, for another period of four months" and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation".
