Contempt Petition filed Under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.2823 of 2021, dated 16.02.2021. The above Contempt Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s.V.Raghavachari, Counsel for the petitioner appearing herein; and of M.Arunkumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent herein; and upon reading the petition and the affidavit of Dr.Latha Venkatesan filed herein; the Court made the following order:

"The order of this Court dated 16.02.2021 is reported to have been partially complied with.

2.While patta has been granted to the petitioner in the Ambattur Town Sub Registrar Office, the patta number has not been indicated. These are all the issues that ought to be taken care of by the authorities themselves, but sadly this Court is made to sit as a supervisory body of the Administrating officer even for dotting the i's and t's. 3.Post the matter on 23.12.2021."
