The petitioner seeks transfer of HMOP No.101 of 2020 filed by the him on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul to the Principal Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with M.C No.306 of 2020 pending on the file of the said Court.

2. It is seen from the records that the wife is a resident of Sowcarpet at Chennai. The request for transfer is actually more convenient to the wife as she would not forced to go for every hearing to contest the case before the Family Court, Dindigul.

3. In view of the above, H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Dindigul and transferred to the Principal Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with MC.No.306 of 2020 pending on its file.

4. It is also stated that H.M.O.P.No.769 of 2021 filed by the wife under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking restitution of conjugal Rights, is pending before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai. The said OP is also withdrawn form the II Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the Principal Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with HMOP No.101 of 2020 pending on its file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
