Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents, relating to eviction proceedings, particularly initiated by the 1st respondent in his impugned order dated 11.08.2017, vide Ref.Na.Ka.No.108170/ThiVa1/4/2007 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents, particularly the 1st respondent to grant permit to run the bunk shop continuously, situated within the Government Headquarters Hospital, Namakkal in the name of Sri Sai Canteen.
