O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 26.07.2021 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee wherein the petitioner has sought for a Auto Rickshaw permit to operate the vehicle within the radius of 30 K.M. Distance from Salem Town Old Bus Stand, Salem.

2.Heard Mr.A.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The issue involved in the present writ petition was dealt with in detail in the earlier writ petition in W.P.No.18034 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020. This Court after considering the earlier https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order passed in this regard, issued direction to the concerned Regional Transport Officer. Similar orders can also be issued in the present case, since, the said order will enure to the benefit of the petitioner also.

4.In the result, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 26.07.2021 in Form CCPA along with the prescribed fee for grant of Auto Rickshaw permit and consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No Costs.
