C.M.P.Nos.14055, 14056 & 14058 of 2023 in S.A.No.350 of 2006 C.KUMARAPPAN, J., These miscellaneous petitions in C.M.P.Nos.14055, 14056 & 14058 of 2023 are filed to (i) condone the delay of 314 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement;
(ii) set aside the abatement; and (iii)bring on records of the proposed respondents/legal heirs of the deceased 14th respondent, respectively.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. There is no serious objection on behalf of the respondents. Despite name is printed, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 25 and 28. 3.
Considering the reasons that have been set out in respect of these applications and also having been satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the second appeal in S.A.No.350 of 2006.
