This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4774 of 2024, dated 07.03.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and the charge sheet has also been filed in S.C.No.57 of 2023. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4774 of 2024, dated 07.03.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
