The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the post of Anganwadi Assistant in the Adi Dravidar & Tribes Welfare Residential School, Kathirimalai, Bargur Village, Anthiyur Tk., Erode District, has been reserved for a woman candidate.

2.The said submission was acknowledged by the learned Special Government Pleader also.

3.In this view of the matter, no further adjudication on merits on the grounds raised in this Writ Petition is to be considered. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
