(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph 6(b) imposed by an order dated 14.09.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.14201 of 2020 by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
