This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26834 of 2023, dated 09.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26834 of 2023, dated 09.01.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
