Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8128 of in Crl.O.P.No.9024 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
