PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Ku.No.056/P2/TNSTC(VI)/Kanchi/2019 dated 10/12/2020 and quash the same and consequently issue a direction directing the respondents herein to allot light duty to the petitioner based on his representation dated 13/07/2021 regarding grant of light duty, taking into account the Certificate Page No.1 of 4
issued by the Madras Medical College, Government Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine dated 13/03/2018 stating that the petitioner has 60% disability.

ORDER
