This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7263 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5687 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7263 of in Crl.O.P.No.5687 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
