ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to take appropriate action as per law and also provide police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.12.2013 and direct the respondent to monitor and to investigate the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the incident is of the year 2013. The police protection as sought for in the year 2014. At this length of time, no direction can be issued by this Court.

4. Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
