Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Ka.No.Va.Pa/E.Va.A2/Ko.Ooty Lake Tender/2014, dated 25.02.2014 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to declare the petitioner as successful tenderer and issue work order to the petitioner.

This writ petition has been field challenging the order dated 25.02.2014 passed by the first respondent.
