ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18959 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.26938 of 2019, dated 03.01.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Namakkal, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 05.30 p.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18959 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.26938 of 2019, dated 03.01.2020 regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18959 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.26938 of 2019, dated 03.01.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Namakkal/the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
