O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to issue direction to the respondents to return the driving license of the petitioner herein, which has been seized by the first respondent. The petitioner while driving his vehicle met with an accident on 19.05.2019, in which causing death of one person.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents took notice and reported that the enquiry proceedings was initiated under Section 19(1)(c) of the Motor Vehicle Act. After issuing show cause notice, today final order has been passed suspending the driving license of the petitioner for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of six months from 19.05.2019 to 18.11.2019. Since the driving license of the petitioner has been suspended for six months, the petitioner have an appeal remedy.

3. In the light of the above facts, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to approach the appellate authority as per law. No costs.
