O R D E R
The plaintiffs in O.S.No.118 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Judge-I, Thiruvallur, have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial Court to dispose of the final decree application in I.A.No.67 of 2015 within a stipulated time.
2.Pursuant to the preliminary decree dated 03.09.2015 passed in O.S.No.118 of 2013, the plaintiffs filed the final decree application in I.A.No.67 of 2015.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that though the application was filed in the year 2015, the trial Court has not proceeded the matter till now. Further, the learned counsel submitted that in view of the long pendency of the matter, the plaintiffs are put to hardship and prejudice.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Additional District Judge-I, Thiruvallur to dispose of the final decree application in I.A.No.67 of 2015 in O.S.No.118 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
