This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action to hand over the official records of the Thodukaddu Panchayat from the hands of 6th and 7th respondents.
2. On instruction, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the entire records have already been handed over to the petitioner.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
