Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue Writs of Mandamus directing the respondents to declare the particulars of land in Plot No.41, Old Survey No.522 Part, New Survey No.522/1 part, T.S.No.63, Patta C.C.No.925/2005-2006 Ramakrishna Nagar, II Main Road, measuring an extent of 1200 sq.feet in total stands in the petitioners' name at Velacherry Village, Guindy-Mambalam Taluk, Chennai is the absolute land of the petitioners by effecting a Gazette Publication in view of the Reappealed Act 20/1999 as abated.
