This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.8741 of 2023 on the file of this Court by furnishing the immovable property as security of a house property worth more than Rs.10,00,000/- at Thiruvallur instead of depositing a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as cash deposit.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order that is sought to be modified has been complied with and submitted that the matter has become infructuous.
