ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The habeas corpus petition has been instituted to direct the respondent police to produce the petitioner's husband namely Gunasekaran, son of Arumugam, before this Court and set him at liberty. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the detenu is now residing at Tuticorin. The Police found that the detenu is not under illegal detention.

Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to secure the address of the detenu from the Police and if the petitioner has chosen to meet the detenu, then the petitioner is at liberty to do so.
