Regarding the pathway dispute between the petitioner, Hema and her neighbour by name Surendar. Complaint of Surendar registered by the respondent police in C.S.R.No.219 of 2024 alleging that the police is unnecessarily interfering in a civil dispute and harassing, the present petition is filed seeking protection from harassment. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner herein against Surendar not acted upon whereas, the counter complaint given by Surendar against the petitioner taken up for enquiry, since the wife of the said complainant's happens to be a Sub Inspector of Police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on perusal of the CD file states that both the complaints been closed and the petitioner's presence is no more required, Particularly, the complaint of Surendar taken up for enquiry in C.S.R.No.219 of 2024 been withdrawn by Surendar himself on 12.06.2024 and therefore, the presence of the petitioner is no more 2/4

required.
