Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the parties have amicably settled the issue in the main suit and the present civil revision petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
