Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.NO.339 of 2017 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in the judgment dated 27.04.2017 passed in SC.No.73 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Dharmapuri and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.NO.339 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.NO.339 of 2017 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIYAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.MATHAN, Govt.Advocate( Crl. Side),on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When this court is about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
