This petition has been filed to amend the condition that the petitioner shall surrender for the satisfaction of Anticipatory Bail and appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court I, Poonamallee instead of Special Court, Thiruvallur in Crl.O.P.No.9231 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 in Cr.No.9 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the amendment petition, this Court is inclined to order the amendment petition as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

5. The petitioner is granted two weeks time from today to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. 26.06.2023 dm Note: Issue order copy on 27.06.2023.
