Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents, their subordinate, men and agents from either trespassing or doing any work in the petitioner's private land in R.S.No.2411/3 in Bargur Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District to the extent of 1.58 acres by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.3.2015. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Karthik for Mr.I.C.Vasudevan.

For Respondents : Mr.M.Elumalai, Government Advocate.

ORDER

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
